At California Wood Studios we build unique custom wood furniture and sculptural designs.  We don't just build things really, we hand-craft one of a kind works of art, enhancing the natural beauty of the wood we use.  It might sound lofty, after-all you're going to sit on it, or eat on it or lean on it....But each piece is designed around our love of wood and respect for the balance of form and function.  All of our materials are sustainably harvested, salvaged or locally sourced and we work with both home owners and the contract design and building trades.   We are thoughtful and meticulous and love what we do.   We make things out of amazing wood, and the end results are beautiful.
